  • Coordinate schedules, appintments and booking
  • Managing database and organize a filling system for important and confidential Company documents
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies office supplies inventory
  • Preparing payment invoice for settlement, reconcilement, tracking point redemption and journal entry 
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Manage relationships with finance, ensuring all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Management
  • Having 2 years experiences in finance or community relations
  • Must be skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data, detail oriented
  • Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and active engagement skill with other Departments
